School Hols Adrenalin Froest
A good way to start the school hols a trip to a ropes course just north of the city. It was kite flying weather so the trees were swaying back and forth which made it interesting at times. It was a pretty cool location just by the beach, as you can see it was a busy day! 21 degrees only a couple of weeks into spring, life it all good. Driving upto Picton tomorrow the Orange 5 is going to stretch it legs I can't wait...
I'm a lucky boy!!
Think that I have the best girlfriend in the world.... This arrived in the post, the bike I've always wanted, going to test it out on the Queen Charlotte Track in a few weeks. (I don't want to get it dirty)
Not a snow day a earthquake day!
As we had the week off due to the earthquake, we decided to make the most of it and get out on the bikes for the day. I had done my good citizen stuff the day before by going to dig the liquification out from some ones house. Parts of the city are a real mess.

Christchurch Earthquake...
4.35am Friday night a 7.1 Earthquake hit Cristchcurch. There have been about 80 after shock raching upto 5.1. It was all pretty crazy really, I didn't know what to do, Danni told me to go under a door frame (I don't know where she learn't that!!) Our house was ok not much damage really but parts of the city have been badly affected. I spent the day digging silt out of a friends garden and drive way. Here a few photos which show a little bit of the damage which is just around the corner from our house.
